Receive details by email & in My Inquiry
We respond with full vehicle info plus delivery estimates. Track every reply inside your dashboard.
- Check your email for our detailed quote including condition notes.
- Whitelist our address or move the email out of spam if needed.
- Follow the conversation thread on the “My Inquiry” dashboard.
- Use replies to request extra photos, inspections, or clarifications.

Confirm & get invoice
Lock in the car, confirm buyer details, and receive the official pro forma invoice.
- Chat with your coordinator to finalise pricing and shipping schedule.
- Share billing information exactly as it should appear on the invoice.
- Review every line item and ask questions before you approve.
- Download the invoice PDF from your dashboard when ready.
Invoice copies stay available inside My Order for reference.
Pay & share payment proof (T/T copy)
Settle the invoice by bank transfer or card and upload the remittance slip to keep the workflow moving.
- Visit your bank with the invoice to initiate the SWIFT transfer.
- Alternatively pay by card or PayPal for faster confirmation.
- Upload or email the T/T copy so our accounts team can verify funds.
- We notify you immediately once payment is matched on our side.
Accepted methods
Wire transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover).
Receive the car
We reserve shipping, dispatch documents, and guide you on port procedures until your car is released.
- We confirm vessel booking and share the sailing timetable.
- Track shipment progress and BL copy from your dashboard.
- Receive original documents (Export Certificate, BL, invoices) to clear customs.
- Collect your vehicle at port with assistance from our local partners.
